Per mechanical sheets M100 and M102, existing FCU shall be replaced. Mechanical equipment schedule calls for new FCUs with 208v power requirement.

Electrical drawings sheet E2, includes a note in the demolition plans which states, "DISCONNECT EXST 120V CKT TO EXST FCU TO BE REMOVED & RECONNECT TO NEW FCU."

If existing power is 120v, the power will need to be upgraded to meet the power requirement (208v) of the new mechanical equipment.

There is an additional cost associated with upgrading the existing electrical power.

Requesting 20 additional working days to complete the electrial upgrade.
