Venues:Langley Secondary (LSS) - 21405 56 Ave, Langley.

R.E. Mountain Secondary (REM) - 7755 202a St, Langley.

Format: All matches are best 2 of 3, 3rd game to 15. No cap in any game.

Open Format. Teams have been serpentined across all Pools.

1st & 2nd place teams from Pools A, B, C, D & E advance to the Tier 1 Playoff. 3rd & 4th place teams from Pools A, B, C, D & E advance to the Tier 2 Playoff.

Warm up: Teams will be guaranteed a 10 minute warm-up (5 & 5) for their first match and a 6 minute warm-up (3 & 3) for all pool play matches.

Teams will be guaranteed a 10 minute warm-up (5 & 5) for all playoff matches.

Prizes: Prizing will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in Tier 1.

Officiating: Pool Play - Teams will be responsible for providing Minor Officials (one second referee, two scorekeepers and two line judges) for scheduled opponent's matches.

Refereeing duties are in brackets.

Playoffs - Teams will be responsible for providing one linesperson & one scorekeeper for each of their own playoff games. This can be players on the bench, parents, etc.

Rules: Volleyball Canada rules in effect. 2.24m net height.

2016 net (athletes cannot touch the net while in the action of playing the ball) & field of play (the ball can contact the ceiling) rules are in effect.

Libero is permitted and 12 unlimited substitution rule in effect.

Overhead serve receive is permitted.
