I work from home and I depend on those services 24 hours a day to do my work. Now, it is impossible for me to carry on with my work because of such matter.

I am not happy about this matter and I hope work is on the progress to tackle the problem of this shameful disruption because I have been paying lots of money just to get the services and connection.

I would like to offer a few recommendations as to how you could perform such updates in the future without causing such disturbance to the telephone and internet lines of the town residence.

First, you could do such updates during the weekends to prevent disturbance effecting the residence telecommunication system.

Second, you could keep us updated as to the progress of the work through emails or messages or local radio. At least this would help us to understand the issues involved.

However, it was disrupted for two days and since then, the service has been significantly worse. This has caused great inconvenience, as I had many things to do on the internet.

I would like to suggest the council to offer rebates to the subscribers who were affected by the disruption.

As for the poor service, the council should recheck the condition of the tower. I believe there should be something that can be done to rectify the problem. You should also have a centre where all the subscribers who were affected can go to complete their work using the internet provided by you.

I am hoping that you can take immediate action as if this is to be continued, it will disrupt our telecommunication. what if you preparing us with dongles for the time being so that we would be able to be connected with the rest of the world until you manage to rectify this issue.
Perhaps another alternative is to get us a better quality of tower to replace the recent one. The installed tower might not suit our usage that cause it to suffer problems in installation.

Last week I received an email from the Aptis Council informing me about the installation of a new telecoms tower.I was informed that it would be installed on Monday and would only take approximately 8 hours.The purpose was to improve the telephone network.

However, the installation took two days (Monday and Tuesday) and the service didn't improve at all. I'm really disappointed about this. I suggest that the Council come and check the service again.

Thank you for your effort in installing the telecom tower. However, I would like to express my disappointment on the recent maintenance work. I realised that the job took longer than it supposed to be and really disrupted my online business. As a single mother of three children, I am doing an online business to support them.
Since I knew about the interruption earlier, I was able to make possible preparation to face the situation but it prolonged till Tuesday. Furthermore, after the installation, I realised that the service has deteriorated.
Therefore, I would like to suggest the council to send professionals to rectify the issues. Then, the council should do the work after midnight instead of working hours. Everyone will be delighted as most of the work in office or home is through internet and phone calls.
I really appreciate if the council could take a prompt action to better the services. Thank you.

I am writing on behalf of Taman Alma residents to express my disappointment regarding the service disruption on last Monday and Tuesday. The recent service disruption suppose to be only one day but it ended up for about 2 days but nothing has been improved. We are only facing worse service compare to last time.

We would like to encourage the council to consider taking action to improve this situation by installing a better telecommunication tower in the center of our residential area. Besides, we don't have a good customer service officer for us to deal with regarding problem.

If there is any installation work, why not you do it at night time as our place is dominated by offices and business towers. So most of us have opportunity to carry out daily routine by using telephone and internet service at all time. Council also can implement this work on area basis.Maybe the first day for northern area,second day for southerns and so on.

Although the work of maintenance has already started a couple of days,but there is no sign of progress. We have called already the person in charge, but the answer is that we have to be patient and wait.

I would like to give my opinion about the solution of this problem. I think it would be better if you could delegate the time of using the telephone and internet services according to the area, such as two hours given for each area in one day. By doing this way, you could still do the maintenance and at the same time the residents still can use the services. And the most important thing is the residents will not get angry any more.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment on the installation of the new telecoms tower. We were given a notice regarding the disruption which will only take a day but it had been extended to two days.

As a result, my work was delayed and I had to find other alternatives to complete my work. Luckily, I was able to do it in school. If not, I would have missed the due date.

Besides that, I am into online business too.The moment the telephone network was resumed, I checked my email and got plenty of complains for the late reply. This has caused me to lose a few potential customers.

I hope the city council will look into this matter and at least inform us earlier if this were to happen again so that we can make necessary arrangement.

As a resident of this housing area I would like to thank to telecom center to upgrade our area telephone network service. After a long time of complaining we are going to get a good solution soon. Before this we couldn't able to use our mobile phone or lane line for emergency usage. The coverage of our housing area was very poor now.

Furthermore, we are facing a lot of problems because of the coverage. As a headmaster of this area school, I am facing a lot of conversation problems through phone. Most of the time I am the one who not receiving any formal calls from my head department. We also could not call to ambulance for emergency. Poor coverage burden us a lot before.

I have one suggestion to this problem. In my view, a major fault in installing the tower properly has caused the service became worse. Thus, it requires immediate action to correct it. You won't believe this! It's been two days since the telephone service has been out. I was informed that telephones and internet would be cut off for 8 hours, last Monday, due to repair works. However, it took them 2 entire days! I couldn't call if there had been an emergency. Apart from that,the service is becoming worse than before.I hope the authority will take this matter seriously and solve this everlasting problem.

I would like to make a complaint about the installation of a telecom tower that is supposed to improve the telephone network.The authority in charge promised that it would only take 9 hours on Monday, but it took two days instead. Moreover we discovered that the service has become even worse than before.It was a frustrating time waiting for the line to be improved and yet the result was not up to the expected standard.

First, as resident of this area, I'm totally upset with the lack of concern from your officers regarding this matter. It's very important to send an early notice if there's any power disruption and there should be an alternative source for the residents to use in case there's a power disruption. Next, the authority can plan a short term solution so that the residents won't feel the burden of not having any telecommunication and internet service interruption. This is because many of the residents here are businessmen who need internet service as their tool of communication and business transaction with their clients.
If there's any power disruption, some of the residents cannot do their daily work such as ordering the goods through internet. Certainly, one has to bear the consequences of not having any telecommunication and internet service at that time. This has made the work more difficult to accomplish or to complete in that specific time.
