Contains:Existing Health Facilities, their Codes as well as their related UNHCR Sites (including PCode) used to update and generate the location.csv needed for the BSC Forms.

1. UpdateIn case a HF is missing in the barcode list sent by PHS team:

1. Check for the country and the respective Site in the list (you can use filtering to find them faster).

2. If the respective site is already included in the file for another HF, copy its name, code and country.

If they are not available, you could try to search the related site in the following webmap (make sure you are checking against "Locations of persons of concern" as shown in screenshot): https://unhcr.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=2028db44801d43fe8eb49321eea19285. Please note, only official PoC locations are shown on the map.

 3.1. You can use the search tool, but it will give appropriate response only if there is an exact match (so consider trying truncated names or alternative spelling if the search is not successful)

 3.2. If the search is not sucessful, you could look for the site on the map.

 3.3. If you find it, copy its name and pcode.

4. Come back to the Location list and add a new line. Copy the values obtained in the previous points. If the related site was not found make sure you insert the Site name and the country.

5. Add the name of the new Health Facility into the column hf_name. Leave hf_code_l5 column empty.

6. Add a comment in Comments colunmn with the text "Requested on dd/mm/yyyy by <your name/team>". Add any additional comment if necessary
