We put sticky notes on each document explaining what it is as well as a cover letter detailing each document and telling FBR that we both live at the same address and we will not be moving so they can mail everything back in one grouping. Online application and payment on March 20, 2024. Shipped via USPS from USA to IE on April 17th, 2024. USPS said envelope delivered to PO Box in IE on April 29th, 2024. We both received our separate emails confirming Receipt of Documents/Application on May 23, 2024. For our witness we used our family lawyer whom we will also use for our future passport applications (paid him $250 to be witness for father's IE passport application, 2 IE FBR applications and our eventual 2 IE passport applications; we stressed that he must answer the phone call for the passports). No address check. Received email from DFA with congratulations at 9:48AM (EST) on January 27, 2025. Rec'd one large envelope for brother with all extra shared documents inside and his FBR. Rec'd one large envelope with my extra documents and FBR inside. We did not have to sign for it from USPS (tip: sign up for USPS informed delivery, I saw that I had 2 parcels coming from Dublin with full tracking history so I knew it was on its way).54249
