Have you ever watched a storm?
Watch this Mystery Science lesson, then go outside and have fun looking at the weather.
Notice:
How warm or cool is it?
What is in the sky?
Is it raining or snowing?
Is it windy?
Make a weather drawing of the weather that you see outside.
What can we learn by observing animals?
Choose on of the explore livecams and observe animals from around the world.

How do we hear?
Whisper to a famiy member. How far away can you still hear the whisper?
Talk in a regular voice. How far away can you move and still hear the person?
How far away to you think you can be and still hear a shout (or loud voice)? Try it out. Were you surprised?
Repeat the whisper, talking and shouting while holding your hand to your voice box on the front of your neck. What do you feel? Does a whisper feel the same as the same as talking?
