Notes & Assumptions:

For Step 3 (see screenshot to the right) we're supposed to calculate the median income fore each type of Unit (e.g., Studio, 1 bdrm…) but some of the estimated household sizes are fractions (e.g. 1.3 people, 4.5 people), and the census data only has median incomes for whole numbers (1 person, 2 person...).

Therefore, I assume that a 1.3 person HH has income equal to the 1-bedroom household plus 30% of the difference between 1- and 2-person households. Similarly, I assume that a 4+ bedroom unit has a median income equal to the average of 4- and 5-plus-sized households.
