Couldn't agree more with you Augie. The truth is, if you err, your customers won't feel for you. Price, review, everything is secondary, it is the experience that will bring your customers back to you. After all, loyalty cannot be bought, it needs to be earned gradually.

Good read Erin. Tools are really helpful when it comes to productivity. I remember the days when my manager used to take a stand up meeting after the day where he used to report what have I done the whole day and I just couldn't remember to report many small tasks. This was harming my work performance and productivity very badly. Then I started using Toggl upon someone's recommendation and it is truly great. I have everything recorded in it's dashboard. I would highly recommend you to add this in your list.Prince
