13	What this is	Right now, some kind of physical distancing is likely to be imposed on F&B businesses for at least another 8 months to 2 years. This will seriously affect all restaurants/bars that depend on customers dining in. This spreadsheet is designed to help you 1) See how your current business model might deal with reduction in business due to physical distancing required during and after intense lockdowns. 2) See how offering a mix of different new products that work with physical distancing might affect your business's profit/loss numbers

15	Caution!	This spreadsheet cannot exactly describe your business nor does it include any of your tax liabilities—but it can help you think about what you can do next. Use your judgment before taking any actions.

17	How to use	0) Before starting, you take a look at the example sheets.
18		1) Make a copy of this spreadsheet by clicking File > Make a copy. Edit that copy.
19		2) IMPORTANT: Don't change or delete anything in white cells. Doing this may affect formulas and calculations.
20		3) DO put in or update numbers in orange cells. These cells are used in formulas and calculations.
21		4) DO use green cells for new line items that make sense for your business. You can delete or change contents of green cells.
22		5) Start with Sheet 1—this shows how your current business will respond to reductions due to physical distancing/lower demand even after reopening
23		6) Continue to Sheet 2—this shows how new product offerings might affect your business economics.

25	How much it costs	Nothing. This tool is free to use. You don't need to pay anyone, let alone a consultant, to use it. If you find it useful, share it as widely as possible. Feel free to email me (see below) if you really want to pay someone to bounce ideas off and talk you through reimagining your business model.
