The main population of Symbiodinium seems to be a variation of SSB01 which has a 136 bp deletion in its cp23S sequence (bp 341-476 in respect to the 23S4F primer site) as well as one SNP A222T, remaining sequence is 100% identical. Might contain possible traces of other clades.
