CENTRAL Austin Bakes for Refugees Volunteer Sign-up Sheet: Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew, 6610 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78757

2
Saturday, November 14, 2015. Set-up at 9:15 AM, Bake Sale 11 AM- 3 PM.
3
Thank you for participating in Austin Bakes for Refugees! Please prepare food items in a clean kitchen environment.
4
Food items should be packaged for sale (wrapped/boxed) when you drop them off. Don't forget to label your baked goods & include any special food allergy info, i.e. gluten free, nut free, vegan etc.
5
We're trying to take this thing viral online to raise more money! If you are a food blogger or active on Twitter, include your blog URL and @Twitter handle on the item label, too.
6
According to Texas Cottage Food Law, please prepare foods that will be safe to eat without refrigeration.
7
>>> Besides baked goods, we will need signs for the bake sale, red tablecloths, coolers with ice, folding chairs, tape, scissors, and dessert displays. See "supplies" tab for a complete list. <<<
8
We also need 4-6 people helping throughout the sale from 10:30 AM-3:30 PM. If you're available, you can sign up below for a 1-2 hour shift, or for the whole sale.
9
All proceeds from the bake sale will go to AmeriCares for humanitarian aid for Syrian refugees. Thank you for all your help! We're going to have a lot of fun at the bake sale!!
