6	0									2		2		-1		0		Whenever your stats change put the new value after the last row you used in the appropriate column and all future rolls should see that application and the title will automatically update. Title updates only apply to increases in stats. Decreases seem rare.

10																		The "Avg" refers to the average of your pure dice roll with all the previous rolls up to that point. I like to enter the session number after my last used roll to compartmentalize the rolls by session, then add a horizontal border between the sessions. The colors of the dice are just the colors of the two dice that I use. Feel free to change this (and anything really). To change the fill colors of the non-locked rows on each column: click the column, go to "Format", "Conditional Formatting", "Cell is not empty", then change the fill colors as you please.
