1. Make a copy of the template or download an xls for each new site to be audited.

2. Reference the WCAG 2.1 Guidelines as a reference fo each tab and page instance: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/

3. Use accessibility tools to test pages/screens listed on each tab.

4. Note the error found, the code identified in the error, along with the fix recommended in the guidelines.

5. The Summary tab will auto-complete as issues are noted throughout the site audit's

6. Complete any exceptions or exclusions on the summary tab, such as 3rd party apps, etc.

7. Use the Header and Footer tabs to inspect these elements according to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

8. Duplicate the [INNER PAGE TEMPLATE] for each unique representative page type of the site and rename the tab to that page's title.

9. When completed, evaluate your results with a specialist and/or provide document to development to implement fixes to make site ADA accessible.
