General: I did limit myself to just the Goulet Pens website. Not sponsored by them and completely recommend checking out your favorite pen and ink supplier for options as well.

The Tortured Poets Department: It's prospective album color preference (White) did not completely lend it towards ink I'm opting towards silvers and light grey inks especially for the shimmers. As well as Sepia or black for ink for it. There was a line on the post image about black ink

The album color selections are based on either what I see from staring at the album cover or what I've seen on Reddit. If I have chosen poorly please let me know.

Plain Inks:

Each ink brand gets one entry for this column. No repeats, hopefully

Plain Inks are defined as inks without shine, shimmer, or sheening. Shading or scented inks are allowed.

Plain Ink Pens:

Preference is for a pen brand to be listed only once. However a pen brand can be listed more than once if a different product line is selected

Example: TWSBI Eco can only be listed once but TWSBI can also have their TWSBI Swipe listed if it qualified.

Plain Ink Pens can be any nib size but the intention is that these inks can be used in extra fine, fine, and medium nibs.

Pens are intended to be moderately budget friendly with a price point below $70 USD. If there is interest I can find options with repeats at lower price points or even no price limit.

Shimmer/Sheen/Shine Inks:

These are inks with additional properities that benefit from a broader nib size. So the preference is for Broad, Double Broad, Stub and Italic nibs out of the box. Custom nib grinds or dip pens would be under special considerations.

Each ink brand can get mentioned again if they were in the plain inks column. Given there are few companies that have inks with special qualities repeat entries are allowed but I don't like it.

Special Consideration Pens and Inks:

These are inks that can also be considered if an album is listed then they were runner up to the selected ink, or they were a repeated brand.

If they are listed as general then they are more generally Taylor Swift theme fitting. Like cat themed.

Pens listed as Special Consideration are ones that are either above the $70 USD price point but would still be a really good fit, repeats of brands that have multiple colors and could have built the entire list on their own or can be completely generic because they are clear pens so they would show the ink you are using. Which of course would be the most budget friendly option One pen and let your ink do the talking.
