Captain of Quell's Whore, widow of Jacob Razor, a famed captain that was killed taking out Garr Bloodbane. Privateer. She is a beautiful and graceful elven woman that runs her ship through respect, presence, and skill at arms. She can make men stupid with words. From Korg- "Capt. Bethany has a fiery personality and an excellent sense of humor, but does not take kindly to disrespect. She enjoys appreciation of her beauty from others – and uses it well– but will not tolerate any remarks that belittle her position as captain." he snort a bit. "She responds to such insults with her rapier wit, and if that fails, with her rapier. She will not kill a man for insulting her, but she will embarrass him by bettering him in a duel or slashing his belt right off his trousers. Everyone onboard Quell’s Whore knows she is the captain, and her word is stronger than the laws of heaven."

Beware, he does not like the Tulita." He lets that statement sink in. "He believes their Dragonsmoke is the cause of much of crime, a bit of the smuggling, in Port Shaw. Rumor has it he lost his mother to the smoke and a Tulita." Father Trafalgar said his mother ran off with a Tulita man when he was a child. Trafalgar has a hunch he may be involved with Harthagoa? Is extremely frugal, concerned about some indentured servants that have been kidnapped recently. Offers them land after their servitude is up.

Leader of Dragoons, best fiddler in the city. Astri and Adriel met him in front of Old Fishes, Astri played a song he liked and the two hit it off. Requested the party interfere with local dragonsmoke smuggling operations. Believes they are in a constant struggle just to hold Shaw, and the natives certainly don't want them there. He says he does all he can to keep order.

Major Roland mentioned not liking this man. Firstly an elderly tulita accused him of having the mark of Dajobas, secondly he was involved in heckling Major Lawrence's sister. On the 5th day in Shaw he was seen speaking to Lt. Commander Perrin, gave the Commander a scroll, and then the Commander left out to sea again on the frigate Albatross. Astrianna suspect he is an agent of Dajobas. Wields Capt Donovan's old mighty adamantine war hammer, Maelstrom.

Captain of the Dragoon frigate Albatross, worked with Boneduece to capture Baron of the Tides. Patrols the coast of Shaw, stopped the party on the 5th day as they came back from Bonegnaw's cove to inspect the Dragon's Tail. Appears to be an honorable and dependable man. Was seen unhappily taking a scroll of Sergeant Darenar on the 5th and leaving port. Knows Donovan and Jenkie, Donovan says he is a good man.

Prize-fighter at The Broken Skull. Once embraced his god’s teachings as firmly as he embraces his opponents in the ring at The Broken Skull. The half-orc was a mighty holy warrior and a feared priest of the God of Strength and Battle, Bowbe, who slew all manner of towering, terrifying beasts. Now he beats up people for money at a tavern in Bawd district. Sadly he is not even the champion of the Skull’s ring any longer, as a wandering monk put him down firmly the last two times they clashed.

Also known as Shakes, used to be one of the best pirate hunters and captains around. Currently a washed-up alcoholic, but can still handle nearly any ship. Owner of the beat-up sloop Vintage. Used to helm the Trident with the Wave Riders until Solomon's death at the hands of a Kraken. Blames himself. Assisted the party on the raid of Bonegnaw's Cove. Currently serving as the Captain of the Party's ships, and has stayed away from the bottle for a while now.

They once heralded Xander Brim as the “Archmage of the Razor Coast.” He provided the arcane punch behind the Wave Riders, and his services asship’s wizard were sought by every sea captain to sail the Razor. The defeat of the Riders bore down hard on Brim. The wizard never failed to bail his companions out of danger before, and the citizens of Port Shaw blamed the death of his compatriots beneath Harthagoa’s tentacles on Brim. He's had a rough spot of it. I heard he charges per spell rates now even in the face of death. No-freebee Brim, so I've been told.). Was a death-seeker, but is looking to reinvigorate his life. He became distressed with Astrianna's use of magic and Chell's opinion of sorcerers, and decided to leave Shaw for good.

Party sold him the Rabid Weasel, he set out to determine what caused his crew to be killed/infected with lycantrophy. Dashing rogue and scoundrel. Accused of killing his crew aboard the Nightslink. Escaped execution by the dragoons. DOES NOT LIKE BONEDUECE. He has a crooked, well-broke-in nose but is sinfully handsome. He ties his long hair in braids and keeps his body lean like a hunting wolf’s, not one ounce of fat covering countless packets of wiry muscle, which bulge from his open linen shirt. His arms and shoulders are thick obviously from years at oar, helm and rigging, while his upper body is a work of art, covered with tattoos telling a tale of hardship. He looks like a man who you're mother would warn you about, but every daughter lusted after.

Overseers at Hargrove's plantation. They were sent into the Hungermire to track down the lost indentured servants. At first they reported they saw nothing, but later Barran tells of the Warn Tree in the Hungermire and how they would not go past it. Asked to not be ratted out to Hargrove.

Hated Harok because Harok was a better fisherman. Was seen talking to the shark-man about keeping Jessica until the "basking", thought to be in an abandoned fishing shack. Is a shark-man himself, now worships Dajobas, kept Jessica under orders. Was turned over to the Dragoons on the 3rd day in Shaw.

Runs pimping and drug trade out of Barret's Barnacle. Commandant Bonedeuce has indicated he is a supplier of dragonsmoke and brainfog. Employed at least six dragoons on his payroll. Commandant wants him taken into custody or taken out. On Bonegnaw: When asked about Bonegnaw his eyes widen. "We were tight till you did 'im in. His trade and shipment were disrupted, I was only tryin' to fill the gap that you created. I ain't ever double crossed him!" He gets a bit defensive when you suggest that he double crossed the gnoll. (This contradicts with what Bonegnaw told the party, that Garrge double-crossed him).

A vicious gnoll that Commandant Boneduece has indicated is involved in making/supplying dragonsmoke and brainfog. Party raided his hideout and captured him on the 5th day. Last known location was Fort Stormshield in custody of the dragoons

Drug pusher that was at the crooked pier, operates out of Pier 13. Astrianna attempted to bargin with him about information to Bonegnaw's hideout, but he responded violently. Party subdued him, killed two of his men and two of his dogs. Astri kicked a magic ring and amulet off of him, and beat him with a sap. Subsquently Chell healed him and gave him a stern talking-to. He said bonegnaw's cove is to the south of Shaw, hidden behind a bluff.

Thief that stole a scrimshaw (possibly the sacred Jawbone relic?) from Barrison Hargrove's mansion. Commandant Boneduce wants him brought in alive for questioning, will pay 3,000gp for his capture. Was last seen at Barret's Barnacle. The Commandant belives he has already pawned the scrimshaw. Thief that stole the Jawbone of Kaho Ali’i. Short, half-Tulita, half-foreigner, short-cropped hair, and wearing leather armor with black lacquered rat skulls dangling from the shoulders. He may be somewhere in the sewers.

A tall dwarf that runs Barret's Barnacle. Serves some tasty grog. Appears to be heavily involved in crime and suspected of being involved in the disappearance of Archibald Noeliss. Employs several corrupt dragoons. Operated an acid-vat under his still and disposed of bodies. Was a member of The Ring of the Kraken. Killed by the party and disposed of in his own acid vat for extra irony points.

Flynn the Mouse. Put a dagger through his own's Captain's back aboard the Rabid Weasel, he did. Ptahh found the dagger in Flynn's own locker. Flynn sent assassins after Ptahh, which Ptahh dispatched handily. However, one crew, Jard, was killed in the skirmish, and revenge will be had! Flynn was killed when he ordered the attack on the Baron of the Tides.

A merchant raider/pirate/rogue with big dreams. Has a mixed reputation for ruthlessness. Operates out of Carcass. Has press-ganged a few men. Currently looking to hire more ships, sailors and hit the northern waters of Shaw. Almost attacked the Baron once, probably knows her lines. Likes his shamans. It is rumored he is creating a new dragonsmoke/brainfog mixture with an extra kick.... Capt. Dre is lookin' to take control of Dreamfog trade from Butcher Jill. He's got a brigantine, but he's put some coin into it, catapult and ballista, fast sails you know. Fierce crew...ruthless, never met 'im meself, but sea stories tell of deeds. Like the time, he swam and boarded the Virgin Mermaid and slit the Captain, navigator and surgeon's throat for fun. Course she surrendered her treasure.

A priest of Besmera that was captured after he surrendered during boarding action on the Rabid Weasel. He died mysteriously in the hold of the Baron due to causes Astri or Chell could not discern. It is believed he died from drug withdrawl, due to the nasty new dragonsmoke/brainfog mixture Captain Dre is cooking up. Was said to be friends of the old captain of the Rabid Weasel.

On day 7 the party encountered a group of castaways infected with tuberculosis. The cat with them turned out to be some kind of imp-ish creature, but it turned invisible before transforming from a cat and flying into the air. It offered the party a Commune spell in exchange for its freedom, but while the party was discussing killing it, the creature flew off instead to protect itself.

The creature Harthagoa is a krackenfiend birthed, its father was none other than Demogorgon. It burst from his mother’s body and grew to maturity over the course of a few scant hours. He then devoured his crippled mother in order to claim her territory. He spreads his dark tentacles farther and farther with each passing year.

Dajobas/Church of Quell, hostile?

Powerful Cleric of Quell that was to replace Archibald, but mysteriously vanished two months ago as well. Tao the pseudodragon revealed that Dalang is actually the Chosen One of Dajobas! Is definitely responsible for spreading the wereshack infection. Last seen near Sharkjaw docks with an orca in its mouth.
