Goal: The goal of this exercise is to arrive at your best sense of "values" so you can evaluate what really matters to you and if you're living by them

Instructions: Copy and paste this tab to your own google sheets/ excel spreadsheet

Step 1. In the STEP 1 column, write High, Medium or Low next to each value/ definition

Step 2. Once you've selected all the High, narrow them down to your top 10 and mark an 'x' in the STEP 2 column. This entire column can only have 10 'x's

Step 3. Narrow that list of 10 down to your final 5.
