1. Save a trip copyChoose File > Make a copy and name it for your yacht and trip. Fill the pale yellow cells. Keep one shared trip copy and name its owner below.

2. Set meals and amountsUse one row per item and meal or shared category. Enter Total needed and Already covered as numbers in the same Unit. Covered means a confirmed amount already supplied or included. Enter 0 if none is covered. Leave unknown amounts blank.

3. Assign each purchaseShopping copy subtracts the covered amount from the total. Example: 12 liters needed minus 6 liters confirmed from the base leaves 6 liters to buy. Assign the buyer, deadline and delivery for the remaining amount.

4. Use the shopping copyShopping copy updates automatically. Print the populated shopping rows in landscape, fit to width. A zero means the item is already covered. Resolve every Confirm quantities or unit message before buying.

5. Add or change rowsThere are 150 item rows, enough for a detailed weekly plan. Use rows 7-156 in Provisioning plan. The linked shopping rows are already prepared. For a larger plan, extend the table and copy the last shopping formula row down.
