3	To make the cards, you will need:

10	Instructions
11	(1) Take a copy of the Google Spreadsheet that you're reading right now. You can either do this in Google Docs, or just download a copy of it and open it in LibreOffice.
12	(2) Next, write the text for your own two sets of cards on the sheets called "question cards" and "answer cards". Use the English and/or French text to inspire you. If you're using Google Docs, you can always click the "share" button and allow other people to work on it with you.
13	(2) Download a copy of the four template documents here:

15	Click the link above, then download the four .odt files. [The 'download' link is accessed via the drop-down menu at the far right hand side.]
16	(3) In your Google Spreadsheet: • select the cells containing your answer card translations • choose Edit —> Copy • open the document CAH-cards-green.odt in LibreOffice (or NeoOffice, or OpenOffice) • choose Edit —> Paste Special... and choose "Unformatted text". All your answer cards should appear. Save the document.
17	(4) In the document CAH-cards-red.odt you'll see three different designs — for cards requiring ONE answer, cards requiring TWO answers, and cards requiring THREE answers. You need to copy and paste these three sets separately, but the procedure is the same as in step (3) above: • highlight a set of cells in the Google Spreadsheet • copy them • in LibreOffice, do Paste Special... and choose "Unformatted text" into the CAH-cards-red.odt document In the .odt document, you'll see three blank cards of each design. To avoid accidentally deleting a section break, paste into the MIDDLE card of each section, leaving a blank card on either side of your translated cards in each section.
18	(5) You should now have a set of red question cards and green answer cards in your .odt documents. When you come to print them (or generate PDFs to take to your local copy shop for printing), don't forget to choose "Pages per sheet: 9" in the Layout section of the Print dialogue. DON'T USE THE BUILT-IN "EXPORT DIRECTLY AS PDF" BUTTON, or you'll end up with only one card on each printed page. [On a Mac, you can use the system's "PDF —> Save as PDF" function that's always in the Print dialogue box. On Windows, you might need a third-party PDF generator to get the same result.]
19	(6) To make your set look extra professional, you can use the other two .odt documents with "reverse" in the filenames. You can translate the name "Cards Against Humanity" into your language (or not, as you prefer), then as before, print them with 9 pages per sheet on the back of your translated cards.
