4	Dr. Henry Wilson Eino, born on August 15th, 1949, is a British Labour Party politician and Member of Parliament for Liverpool Wavertree since its creation in 1997. Born in London, Eino originally attended Queen Mary University of London and later completed a doctorate in history at Oxford, eventually publishing several works on the history of political thought and taking a full-time faculty position at the University of Liverpool. As a politician, Eino has established a reputation for rejecting both the Blairite and traditional wings of the Labour and arguing for a more technocratic, detailed policy-driven approach to reform.
