This is an indication of whether or not the new musician has been checked to actually be new. (Mostly an alias search.)

✔ means the musician has been verified as new.

N/A means the simfile artist does not participate in the event outside of gifting away their event tokens. (Specifically applies once there is no need to verify any more musicians beyond ten.)

Batch Date

Batch Date is an indiciation of when the batch closed. This is to show when a new musician takes precedence in awarding points in case of duplicates across different batches.

Simfile Artist Points

Points are separated into two categories; Definite and Potential.

Definite Points are determined based on the file being accepted and longer needing any changes. Additionally, the musician has been verified as actually being new. Rewards are based off of this total.

This number should match up with the files marked as green or blue with a verification checkmark.

Potential Points are determined based on the number of files submitted that have not been judged or fully accepted yet. This is a maximum potential.

This number should match up with files marked as purple, orange, or yellow.

Credit and Token rewards are distributed shortly after the definite points have been determined.

✪ is designated for all users involved in the gifting process. Gifts are only sent out once it is assured that the gifting conditions as stated in the main thread have been met.
