SIFirst Timer Liaison Team Leader contact all first timers before CERSI to answer questions, guide them to the website/social media, welcome them during registration, establish mentors for youth as needed, match seasoned campers to first-timers, establish daily meeting times for first-timers to check in for info/support, create methods for maintaining contact with first-timers as needed, facilitate a first-timers welcome meeting on Sunday, create connections, support the community at large as they welcome newcomersWelcoming attitude, good listener, engaging.
