Hi There! We are so excited you will be sending letters to your potential donors! This is a crucial part of your communication plan during the Student Visionaries campaign. Its one of the first ways your larger community may be hearing about your support of blood cancer patients and families.

Step 1 (Required)
In the Blue Columns (Columns A-H) add the First Name, Last Name, address line 1, Address Line 2 (if necessary) Zip Code, State, City & Country of every person you would like to send a letter to

Address Line 1 should include house number, street name,

Address Line 2 should include Apartment or Unit Numbers. Leave this blank if that if it does not apply

Step 2 (Optional)In the Pink Columns You can add customized Greetings & Closings. If you do this for one please make sure to do it for all of contacts. If you would like for all the letters to be generic do not fill out the pink colums

For Example
The letter for your grandma you may want to say- Dear (Saultation), Grandma (Saultation Name), Betty White (Enevelop name), Love (Closing), Button (Closing Name)

But for all other letter recipients you may want to be more formal - Dear (Saultation), Pam & Jim (Saultation Name), Mr & Mrs. Halpert (Enevelop name), Gratefully (Closing), Maggie (Closing Name)

Step 3 (Required)
In the Green Columns you will fill out where the letter should be returned to if there are any issues with sending it. This will most likely all be the same for each letter you are sending, but even if it is please fill it out for every contact you are sending a letter to
