Rental Conditions:

A 25% deposit is required for all rentals over $50, or orders which require alteration. The full rental total MUST be paid before or on the day of pickup.

Rental pieces will be inspected by both Head of Wardrobe and Renter to confirm the condition of rental item(s) on the pickup date.

Head of Wardrobe will provide the Renter a digital or hard copy of the signed contract, along with photos of the item(s) taken during the pickup appointment.

The Renter is responsible for any applicable shipping/delivery fees. Hamilton Theatre Inc is not responsible for shipping issues or delays experienced by postal or courier services.

Renter will return the item(s) in the same condition as they received it. Clothing items must be laundered prior to returning. Any damages incurred during the rental period must be repaired e.g. rips/tears, excessive staining, missing/damaged hardware such as buttons, zippers, etc.

Items not returned in the same condition are subject to additional fees to cover laundering, hardware replacement, and labour to repair.

Items must be received on the agreed-upon date, unless a new return date is negotiated with the Head of Wardrobe. A late fee of 5% of the rental price will be incurred for each day that the item(s) remain in the possession of the Renter.

Lost or unreturned items are subject to additional fees for the value of the item(s) rented.
