3	Contract Information
4	Contracts are based off an average they made over a certain term. In that sense most contracts will be ending prior to to 2004/05 lockout. Anyone who was a free agent in the 2003 Offseason has 1 year left.
5	For players on Team Europe majority of them are on entry level deals because most didnt join the NHL till 2003/04, 2005/06 or 2006/07.
6	It is recommended to Turn Off Salary Cap due to teams being well below the minimum or above the maximum. Also keeps it realistic to the actual 2002/03 NHL Season.

21	Note: the MAXIMUM amount of players you can make is 600, and goalies is around 200.. So some of these players you WONT be able to make if you want to create all 23 skaters for each of the 31 teams.
22	I tend to eliminate most players with little games played. However if you want to only build a couple teams then you can create them all :)

34	- The 2002-03 Season had 30 teams in the NHL, to make up for the 1 team we have a European All-Star team comprised of future and former NHL
35	Players playing in the major European Leagues this year. (This is similar to those of the Euro Teams in my 1993-94 Roster Build)
36	- Sheldon Souray missed all of the 2002-03 season with a wrist injury so he wont be in this spreadsheet for that reason
37	- Player Individual attributes are up to you & for realism its recommended to use the overalls listed as a guideline
38	- Highlighted Players are the recommended players to make based on Games Played, however if you are not creating all 31 teams you can create whoever you want.
