Step 0: Make a Copy of this docuemnt by going to FILE and selecting Make A Copy. You can also download a copy to your computer by going to FILE and DOWNLOAD

Step 1: On Totals tab, enter your roster in the yellow highlighted cells, in any order. You may use first name, last name, both, initials, it doesn't matter how you enter the name.

The name will automatically populate to the other sheets.

Step 2: Enter each game stats separately on the individual sheets as labeled.

Key:

PA - Plate Appearances. Enter the total number of times the player completed an at-bat, regardless of the outcome.

AB - Offical At-Bats. This is automatically calculated and is defined as PA minus BB and SAC.

H - Hits. Enter the total number of time the player reached based safely because of a Hit.

ROE - Reached on Error. Enter the total number of times the player reached base safely because of a Defensive Error.

K - Strikeouts. Enter the total number of times the player Struck Out.

FC - Fielder's Choice. Enter the total number of timed the player reached base on a Fielder's Choice.

Fielder's Choice is defined as the batter reaching base safely because the defensive player decided to make a play on another runner.

BB - Base on Balls (aka Walk). Enter the total number of times the player reached base because of a Base on Balls (aka Walk).

SAC - Sacrifice Fly. Enter the total nubmer of times the player hit a Sacrifice Fly.

Sacrifice Fly is defined as a caught fly ball that results in a runner scoring a run.

MBA - Modified Batting Average. This is automatically calculated and is defined as H plus ROE divided by AB.

2B - Doubles. Enter the total number of Doubles the player hit.

3B - Triples. Enter the total number of Triples the player hit.

HR - Inside-the Park Homeruns. Enter the total number of Homeruns hit by the player that were NOT a result of the ball being hit over a fence.

OTF HR - Over-the-fence Homerun. Enter the total number of Homeruns hit by the player that WAS a result of the ball being hit over a fence (or equivalent).

LV - Low Velocity Hit. Enter the total number of balls hit, FAIR AND FOUL, that traveled, or would have traveled if not impeded, 150 feet or less.

MV - Medicum Velocity Hit. Enter the total number of balls hit, FAIR AND FOUL, that traveled, or would have traveled if not impeded, between 150 and 250 feet.

HV - High Velocity Hit. Enter the total number of balls hit, FAIR AND FOUL , that traveled, or would have traveled if not impeded, 250 feet or greater.

LV% - Low Velocity Hit Percentage. This is automatically calculated and is defined as the number of LV hits divided by the total number of balls hit (LV+MV+HV)

MV% - Medium Velocity Hit Percentage. This is automatically calculated and is defined as the number of MV hits divided by the total number of balls hit (LV+MV+HV)

HV% - High Velocity Hit Percentage. This is automatically calculated and is defined as the number of hV hits divided by the total number of balls hit (LV+MV+HV)

You will enter stats ONLY in the unshaded boxes. Shaded boxes are formula driven and should not be changed.
