On May 10, 2024, I submitted a detailed request for records access to Columbia Greene's records access officer who I had actively spent the past two years prior to this second request for access made seeking her assistance following the telephone denial to records access this campus. In addition to submitting this detailed request to Mrs. Mary Garafalo, I additionally provided access to review and or respond to this request to campus president Mrs. Carlee Drummer, however, aside from the adobe notification ten days following the submission of this request, indicating Mrs. Garafalo's review of this request, this would be the extent of communication I was provided. On June 6th, 2024, I received a email response from campus elected attorney Mr. Paul Freeman advising me that my records have been systematically destroyed in accordance with the records retention schedule of Suny and New York state, advising me to cease to desist communication with this campus I had provided more patience than the average person would be expected to provide. I have since submitted a complaint through the bureau of consumer advocacy who in return have forwarded my complaint to the federal office of inspector general. This campus received seven separate federal subsidized and unsubsidized student loans that are still active on my behalf and should not have destroyed these records. In addition, my records were subjected to the audit that began in 2015 on through 2017 or 2018 I can't be exact at this moment, however, my records are very much part of this audit which implicates fiscal stress monitoring.

Both sets which are duplicated list amounts dates and information which iare both either illegible, incomplete and/or containing misspelled names or different names for my mother, address of record as well as oddly claiming an address which at no time did i ever live at. The school received the one loan directly and even the amount listed is not correct. there is also no payment history for this loan as well as a repurchase which was rendered in 1984. I was not in school at that time nor did i ever take out more than one loan so this is completely inaccurate. Please remove this from my record because There has been no contact with anyone for over 20 years and my federal refund was also involuntarily remitted to the Dept of education and should also be returned to me. I have no idea where all these discrepancies are coming from nor why you would have applications which are not accurate nor completed in entirety by me as well as indicated thst im one loan was mailed. that one is not even completed by the school.

(award letter, state certification, master promissory note and the loan application) since the correspondence received thus far does not validate the existence of this supposed defaulted loan. No further legal action can be taken or should have been taken since to date no such documents received are legally supported evidence that a loan exists. Please note that the Hesc already acknowledged that the amount of the loan listed on the database is incorrect and was never remitted to the school in 1982. Since the financial aid office would have sent out and received any loan funds directly and i would have had to acknowledge their receipt i cannot verify this happened. i must request immediate dismissal of this default and the return of my federal tax refund seized involuntarily and without legal authority. Let me be clear there are no loans pending and/or agreements to repay this supposed defaulted loan because there is no proof to support such claims and will not pay money for a loan which is not legally binding nor which was executed without my knowledge. Any illegal and/or predatory practices associated with this loan are to be dismissed as well stemming from any and all direct and or indirect association to this defaulted loan including illegal repurchases, changes in and/or altered documentation changing the terms of this supposed default. The issue of the validity of this loan only came to my attention after receiving the paperwork for the first time since i attended the school over 42 years ago.
