33	Tournament Information
34	Venues:	Langley Secondary (LSS) - 21405 56 Ave, Langley.
35		Brookswood Secondary, 20902 37a Ave, Langley.
36	Format:	All matches are best 2 of 3, 3rd game to 15. No cap in any game.
37		Open Format. Teams have been serpentined across all pools with adjustments for regional representation.
38		1st & 2nd place teams advance to the Tier 1 Playoff. 3rd & 4th place teams advance to the Tier 2 Playoff.
39	Warm up:	Teams will be guaranteed a 10 minute warm-up (5 & 5) for their first match and a 6 minute warm-up (3 & 3) for all pool play matches.
40		Teams will be guaranteed a 10 minute warm-up (5 & 5) for all playoff matches.
41	Prizes:	Prizing will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in Tier 1.
42	Officiating:	Pool Play - Teams are responsible for providing Minor Officials (one second referee, two scorekeepers and two line judges) for scheduled opponents' matches.
43		Refereeing duties are in brackets.
44		Playoffs - Teams are responsible for providing one linesperson & one scorekeeper for each of their own playoff games. This can be players on the bench, parents, etc.
45	Rules:	Volleyball Canada rules in effect.
46		No libero. 12 limited substitutions.
47		2016 net (athletes cannot touch the net while in the action of playing the ball) & field of play (the ball can contact the ceiling) rules are in effect.
48		Receiving the serve with an overhand motion usind the fingers (volleying/setting the serve) is permitted.
