1	Purpose: This is a reference spreadsheet for the Colorado early childhood community to easily locate data resources in the state.		CROWDSOURCING RECOMMENDATIONS: PLEASE ADD NAME, EMAIL, ORGANIZATION OF PERSON WHO HAS INFORMATION ABOUT EARLY CHILDHOOD DATA RESOURCES TO ADD:
2	Management: This reference spreadsheet is managed by the Early Childhood Leadership Commission (ECLC) Data Subcommittee and updated by Colorado early childhood partners who hold early childhood data.
3	Instructions: Each tab in the spreadsheet represents a topic area in early childhood. If you maintain or are aware of data resources relevant to a topic area, fill in a row with the information about that data resource. Provide as many details as possible. Once you have completed the information, please add a comment on your row that states "@shannonm.wilson@state.co.us new data resource".

5	Definitions:
6	Subtopics:	More specific category of focus for the data within the topic area.
7	Data Source Name:	Title of data source.
8	Data Description:	High-level summary of what the data resource contains, no more than 3 sentences.
9	Data Format:	Data file type or format in which the data can be accessed (e.g., spreadsheet, PDF, dashboard, website content).
10	Level of Data:	What each row of data represents (e.g., child, child care provider, teacher, county, etc.)
11	Earliest Year:	The earliest time point represented in the data.
12	Frequency updated:	How often the data are refreshed and become available.
13	Accessibility:	How the data can be accessed/requested (e.g., publicly available, available upon request, requires formal request and data sharing agreement).
14	Cost:	Estimated cost to access data (i.e., free or estimated range of fee).
15	Data Owner:	Organization that holds and maintains the data.
16	Contact Person:	Person to contact with questions or requests.
17	Resource Link:	Links to the data resource
18	Notes:	Any notes or instructions on how to access the data.
