2 | Tournament Rules | ||
3 | - The draft will start on the 25th of August, draft rules below. | ||
4 | - Pool phase will run between September 1st & September 14th. You have 2 weeks to get all 3 of your games done. | ||
5 | - Top 2 players from each pool will move on to the Brackets phase. | ||
6 | - Brackets phase will be an elimination bracket starting with 32 people, then 16, 8, 4 and finally top 2. | ||
7 | - Brackets phase will run from September 15th to October 19th, one game a week for every round. | ||
8 | Draft Rules | ||
9 | - This will be a points based draft. Each team gets 90 points to draft 8 Pokémon. | ||
10 | - This draft will be a snake draft with a 5 hour timer, however round 1 will have a 10 hour timer. | ||
11 | - If you can't make it to the draft, make sure to leave picks with any of the staff members! | ||
12 | - If you are skipped, you can make up your pick at any time, but if you don't do so before the next person picks, your timer will be halved. | ||
13 | - Once you pick a Pokémon, you can't change your pick if the next person has picked. Always be 100% certain of your pick! | ||
14 | - All Pokémon listed on the banlist are banned. Species clause is active. | ||
15 | - If a Mega Pokémon gets drafted, the regular form is still free to be drafted by someone else. | ||
16 | - There is no grace period and there are no trades allowed during this tournament. | ||
17 | Battle Rules | ||
18 | - Matches are to be played on Pokémon Showdown in the '[ Gen 6] Draft' Format. | ||
19 | - Moody, OHKO, Swagger, Evasion, Endless Battle and Sleep clauses all apply. Shadow Tag is unbanned. | ||
20 | - Dry Baton Pass is allowed. | ||
21 | - Turning on timer is allowed. | ||
22 | - If both sides are at fault for not getting a match done, a double forfeit will be handed out. | ||
23 | - Every replay must be posted to the replays channel in the discord. No replay means you have to redo the game, or a forfeit will be handed out. | ||
24 | - You do not have to mega evolve first turn, but your Mega Pokémon should always be holding it's mega stone. | ||
