So I think something should be done about it so even if someone didn't sign up for the trials they can still come back and sign up when they decide to, than to go sign up for care wallet again before you can sign up for the trials when you have the wallet you signed up for already. Even with the 'phrase' it's wasn't still working. Because they decide to use another patarn like using the "forget password" so as to use the phrase to change thair password but it still didn't work.
