Having allowed Google maps "once only" access to my location, with the 500 mile radius selected, the App returns some clinical trials that are in the USA for me (my current location is in the UK and my phone number code indicates I’m in the UK). The clinical trials are in a town called Bedford, USA. There is a town called Bedford near me, but it is odd to find the clinical trials listed in the app are all for Bedford in the USA.

When signing up you ask for country. That list includes international prefix. Then you ask for international prefix in a separate dropdown. Then you can still edit the prefix in the phone number field. You can reduce this by removing the second list and use the prefix from country.

Well let's go, at Icone Swipe Trials where we do our evaluations in my app it was normal until 01/03/2023 but today on 01/04/2023 nothing appears to do evaluations other than the evaluations made were not recorded in the history, I know they are just tests but it would be interesting to see which ones were evaluated by me in the app, another thing when I try to invite one of my contacts on the phone in the Care.Circle tab, the app responds to me with a message that this contact does not have Care .Wallet installed, well that seems a bit strange to me because if I'm sending an invitation it's exactly to those who don't have the app installed on their Smartphone

Well, let's go to the Care.Trials screen where the Start Here icon is, once the form has been filled out it should not be able to be filled in again with the data, as this could confuse the user and give the same answers repeatedly, a suggestion would be save the user's data if he tries to fill in again, this data would already be filled in or simply after filling in, disable this function by placing an ok sign on the icon

I have referred series of person as of today 3rd of January, and for unknown reasons they process was successful but no notifications to show that it was both at my end being the referral and from the individual who signed up using my referral code.

I try to register for Care.Trials by inputting my number after choosing my Country. The right country code was chosen and the first digit removed to get the right number but i got "phone has wrong format". I tried it couple of times with different service provider but OTP never received. Only succeeded registration with MTN sim card.

Let's talk about the app as a whole, a nice app but more can be done on aesthetics, also it being understandable by even the noobs should be considered because it's gonna be hard navigating, that's if I don't loose interest before getting to what I want, just make it more user-friendly

I noticed that when someone haven't completed the sign up process for care.Trials in the wallet and mistakenly or purposely log out if you try to log in it will be showing "Your season has ended please log-in again to continue" just like as it is in the screenshot I just provided

No matter how you try and continue to login, it will keep saying the same thing.

Why I said so is because, I invited a friend after he signed up for the wallet he left it and wanted to sign up for the trials later but it was just "Your season has ended please login again to continue" so I wanted to confirm from mine so I logged- out on my own wallet and log- in again and it worked so I thought it was just from his device but I invited another and same thing happened but the third person I invited completed the sign-up for care.Trials and when she logged- out she was able to log-in successfully. so then I noticed that was how the wallet works.

So I think something should be done about it so even if someone didn't sign up for the trials they can still come back and sign up when they decide to, than to go sign up for care wallet again before you can sign up for the trials when you have the wallet you signed up for already.

Even with the 'phrase' it's wasn't still working. Because they decide to use another patarn like using the "forget password" so as to use the phrase to change thair password but it still didn't work.

One of them is using (Samsung s8) Android version 7.0

And the other is using, (TECNO SPARK 10) android version 13
