Scenario 1: 3 folders of letters containing 25 pages each (approx 8.5 x 11) that will have one item record per folder; 225 photographic prints (5x7 inch) to be described individually, 2 250 page ledger books each approximately 11x17 inch. The organization has enough information about the photographs to provide basic metadata, but wants the records to be enhanced with added subject headings. They do not have any metadata for the three folders of correspondence or the two ledgers, so their application includes complete description for those items. The organization does not have an online platform to publish the collection and does not want to mantain archival files, so they are asking for both web hosting and archival storage as part of the grant.
