Events are to be submitted to Vernecon@Gmail.com. Events submitted after November 22nd may miss preregistration and may not be included in the convention booklet. Paid Preregistered Attendees may preregister for events at dates to be announced by sending requests to Vernecon@Gmail.com. Please submit them in order of preference, as we will try to make sure everyone gets their top 3 giving preference for early registration (Top 6 for VIPs). Top choices get prioritized, after that, registration is on secondary priority basis. Players listed beyond the listed table number of players will be considered alternates and accepted at the discression of the GM, but have first right at a spot should someone withdraw or not show up. On site registration will have the next 2 slots posted for signups on site, so players can sign up for events up to 2 slots in advance, as well as all board games will be listed from day 1. Onsite pickup events are allowed, but should fill out a pickup game form and get approval to use an empty table from the Vernecon Event Staff. Vernecon staff has final approval on all events running in the convention area. The 2022 Event Coordinator is Tim Bruns. Any event issues the staff is unable to resolve can be brought up to him.
