Professional Services Quote Template

1. Insert Your Company Logo
Click on cell B3, then go to Insert > Image > Insert image in cell, and choose your logo from Google Drive or your local device.

2. Enter Your Company Address
Input your company’s address in cell C3.

3. Enter Client Address
Input your client’s contact details in cell B8

4. Enter Quote Number in cell E4

5. Enter Key Dates
Input the date the quote is issued in cell E8
Input the date the quote expires in cell F8
Input the estimated start date for project delivery in cell E11
Input the estimated end date of the project in cell F11

6. Provide a Contract Link
Add a contract link to cell E14 to streamline the sales process and limit back-and-forth communication

7. Enter the Project Summary
Add more detail on the scope of the project in cell B17

8. Enter the List of Items
Service/Task in cell B23-28
Service/Task Description in cell C23-28
Rate in cell D23-28
Quantity (Hours or Days) in cell E23-28

9. Do Not Modify Formula Cells
Avoid typing over cells F23–F29, as they contain formulas for automatic calculations.

10. Additional Charges
Discounts: Enter in cell F30 (adjust the formula depending on the discount rate)
Sales Tax: Enter in cell F31 (adjust the formula depending on the sales tax rate)
Other Expenses: Enter in cell F32

11. Total Amount
Do not edit cell F33, as it contains the final total formula.

12. Authorization
Date: Enter in cell C39
Authorized Signature: Enter in cell E39

13. Add Terms & Conditions
Input any T&Cs in cell B31

14. Exporting the Quote
To export the completed quote:
Go to File > Print
Set Paper Size to A4
Click Next, then select Save as PDF
Attach the PDF to an email or print it for physical mailing
Ecommerce Quote Template

6. Provide a Checkout Link
Add a checkout link to cell E14 to streamline the sales process

7. Enter a Quote Description
Add more detail on the quote in cell B17

8. Enter the List of Items
Item #/SKU in cell B23-28
Product Description in cell C23-28
Product Quantity in cell D23-28
Unit Price in cell E23-28
