#Hyperconnected - Data, Digital Influence over Individual identity and the law
The digital space has become a major part of daily life and what occurs within that space affects digital and 'real-life' outcomes. This influence is typically excused under the aegis of the doctrine of consent. This approach is unable to address the moden challenges of digital technologies and requires a rethink of what law should seek to protect, acheive and prohibit.
