1.5NO ERP(Erotic Roleplay). Roleplay of a sexual nature. We are an inclusive community with people of various ages, while flirtatious RP is allowed explicit sexual RP is prohibited from a liability standpoint

1.6Roleplay over Ruleplay. We value creating roleplay situations after all we are a roleplay community. Staff reserves the right to make decisions on rules and rulebreaks.

#LEO/EMS Rules

2.1Use of EMS gear and vehicles is NOT permitted

2.2EMS must not revive during an active situation

2.3Criminal acts against members of EMS is NOT ALLOWED. This includes Robbing,Shooting,Kidnapping, ETC.

2.4LEO/EMS Corruption is not allowed. This includes giving away gear from the armory or evidence locker, commiting crimes while on or off duty, letting suspects go free because they are your friend, ETC.

2.5You may only tase a player inside of vehicle if it is stationary with the windows down.

#General Rules

3.1No major crime 15 minutes before or after a server restart.

3.2No robbing or kidnapping cops with less than 4 cops on duty.

3.3NVL - You must value your life at all times. If you wouldn't jump off a 3 story building in IRL then i wouldn't . 1v1 ok , 2v1 value your life , if you are out numbered put your hands up .

3.4Metagaming is not allowed. Using outside info to get an advantage in game I.E. watching streams or discord information.

Individuals wearing a mask that covers 50% or more of their facial features cannot be identified by name or sound unless they provide their name or valid identification.

3.5No powergaming. This means abusing mechanics to your advantage, or making up information which would typically require another player to play along. You should never make decisions for other characters. You shouldn't be jumping as you run for a speed boost (as this is not something you'd do IRL, lol) - you also shouldn't be smashing into a tree at 200mph and then getting up to run away.

3.6No initiating on any moving vehicle over 25 mph. (Not including police)

3.7No FailRP. I.E. Not staying in character in the city (Talking about real life events), when someone takes your phone no using radios

3.8New Life Rule (NLR) - If you are killed by someone and or dumped somewhere and respawn at pillbox you cannot remember anything that happened. This includes the knowledge of the events leading up to the situation, the situation itself, parties involved in the situation, any information obtained during the situation, ETC.

3.9No impounding a vehicle without a valid reason.

3.10Peace Zones(Where crime is NOT allowed) I.E. Pillbox, MRPD, Garages. Peace Zone's are void if someone enters them during an active roleplay situation, For Example you try and kidnap someone and they run into the garage to avoid the roleplay.

3.11No initiating within 25ft of any menu that prevents movement. I.E. Pawnshop, jewelry store, Clothing shop, ETC

3.12Initiation must occur before agressive action is taken. All initiation must be verbal and done on Normal or Shouting speaking volume. If you are shot at by the opposition you do not need to initiate before shooting.

3.13RDM (Random Death Match) is not allowed. The act of killing another player without any in character reason or without valid initiation

3.14VDM (Vehicular Death Match) is not allowed. The act of hitting another player with your vehicle without any in character reason. For example doing 100mph down the road and plowing through a crowd is not allowed, Going down a street at 60+mph and ramming into other vehicles..

3.15Cop Baiting is not allowed. The act of trying to get attention of the cops so they can either pull you over or chase you.

3.16No interrupting any major crime in progress. I.E.Bank Robbery, Armor truck Heist, ETC

3.17Combat Logging is not allowed - Logging of during an active roleplay situation. You must wait 10 mins after a situation has occured before logging off the server. For example if you rob a store you cannot immediatly log off you must wait 10 mins after you get away.

3.18Excessive criminal activity or behavior deemed harmful to our server is not permitted, each crime must have an underlying reason.

Taking a local out of a vehicle to sell drugs to them is not allowed.

#Gang Rules

4.1No more than 4 crew members in a major crime at once.

4.2No using crew members as hostages.

4.3No players from other crews are allowed to initate in crimes together

4.4Wars need to be be agreed on by both leaders and someone of staff for a "War Contract".

4.5War has a 2 week cooldown, Unless RP brings you to it.

4.7During any territory related act you must be wearing your gang/organization colors at all times.
