Casey, I made a video to share with the group about the 53 acres of redwood forest I'm transforming into The Evernook: my home, art studio, and walk-thu sculpture forest full of creatures from this world I'm building. Right now it's just trees, ferns and undergrowth. But I can already imagine Nooklings tucked between the trees. This video is the very beginning, the blank canvas. This is also a big leap into showing myself on camera and learning how to shoot and edit video. Thank you for encouraging me. - Rebecca

Hi Casey. Here is one for you.... You might tell me to seek a psychiatrist (which is ironic because my daughter is one.) I was wondering if it's normal for women our age to always feel guilty. I was not raised in the church, my parents never made me feel this way. In fact my mother was strong and independent and both parents instilled a great work ethic in me. Here is my problem. I feel guilty whenever I do something for myself. (Be that a massage, a long bath, an occasional adult beverage, that last piece of pork chop at the dinner table, having my nails done or reading) I even clean my house before the maids come (In Thailand, housecleaning is included in the rent.) I don't like asking anyone for help. I have always been a people pleaser. I don't know how I worked successfully as a manager for 35 years because I despise confrontation. Have you or any of your patrons faced this after taking care of everyone else's needs and then when we have the time and money to enjoy a little self care, the guilt creeps in ruining the moment. If so, how did you deal with it?

Back to a keto question. I have been fighting cravings around 3:00pm and later.(such as sugar, comfort foods, overeating to get that full feeling, munching while I am doing something. Almost to saitsify a need to be constantly putting something in my mouth. The day is fine-no cravings. How did you minimize them, when would you say they started to go away, and do you get cravings now for sugar or carbohydrates? I can't wait until the day I can say that.
