APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION

Be it resolved by the Board of Education of Cheraw School District/BOCES in

Otero County, that the amounts shown in the following schedule be appropriated to

The board of education of each school district shall adopt an appropriation resolution at the

each fund as specified in the Adopted Budget for the ensuing fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024
time it adopts the budget. The appropriation resolution shall specify the amount of money
6
and ending June 30, 2025
appropriated to each fund; except that the operating reserve authorized by section
7
22-44-106(2) shall not be subject to appropriation for the fiscal year covered by the budget,

and except that the appropriation resolution may, by reference, incorporate the budget as
