Hi there!Congratulations on wanting to make your Kobold! Don't get too attached; your Kobold is (very) probably going to die.

Directions: There are five basic steps to making your Kobold.

1.) STATSThese are the basic characteristics of your Kobold.

2.) SKILLSThese are the things that your Kobold isn't completely lost when doing.

If I've done this right, choosing your Kobold's NAME will be the hardest part.

In steps 1, 3, & 4, there are dice icons. When you click on an icon, it will generate a number (or two) for you. If you don't trust my elecronic dice, use your own! In the STATS step, there are two creation options. You should read them. Or not. Who cares? Why should you do anything that a spreadsheet tells you to? When you get to SKILLS, you'll have to make decisions. Don't worry; don't think. Just do what the voices tell you to. Just, whatever you do, only change things in the darkly colored boxes.

When you get to the bottom of this sheet, head over to the Character Sheet (use Tab at bottom) and see the ugly, useless, rotton Kobold that you have created. Have fun getting your Kobold killed!...or, if you don't want to think at all, hit that button there. --> You'll get a 100% randomized Kobold.

Step 1: STATS

OPTION 1: To roll the dice, click on them. It's that simple. When you click on the dice icon, a value for that Stat will be generated for you; the numbers rolled will show up under the dice, and the total will go right into the Result box. Use them; hate them; deal with them. Them's tha brakes. Now, if your Mayor (GM) is feeling extra not mean today, she may let you reroll. Under the result box, it will keep track of how many times you click the dice. This may or may not have an impact on your starting KHDR.

OPTION 2: Use {10, 8, 6, 4}. You pick which STAT gets which value, and just type that value into the colored box. If you pick 10 for your brawn, congratulations! You already have a KHD Cheque!

Don't have time to click four buttons? Roll all four STATS at once by clicking the dice to the left!Mess up really badly? Hit the dice icons too many times and the Mayor is mad at you? Hit the Reset STATS button. There is no going back.

Picking Skills: Based on your Kobold's EGO, he has 6 skills to pick.Since your Kobold has more than 4 SKILLS, he must master 1 per STAT group before having multiple per group.

To pick a skill to master, click on the drop down menu (triangle thingie) in the darker boxes and change the 0 to a 1.

Dangerous Skills: These skills are awesome! And likely to kill your Kobold earlier! Most Dangerous Skills earn your Kobold a Horrible Kobold Death Cheque each time they are used.

*Everykobold Skills*: Every Kobold should know these (erm.. this) skill. Failing to have this skill (Cook) causes your Kobold to start with an extra Horrible Kobold Death Cheque.

There are two kinds of Traits: EDGES (which are basically helpful) and BOGIES (which are basically there to make the game more interesting, but your Kobold's life harder).

You will roll up three diferent types of stuff: ARMOR, WEAPON, and GEAR. Having certain SKILLS will change the result of your die roll.

In each case, you have the option to roll on BASIC or DANGEROUS chart. Each time you roll on a DANGEROUS chart, you incur a new Cheque on the Kobold Horrible Death Record.
