Overview: Social media serves a critical role in the state's efforts to advance Think-Make-Happen In Wisconsin as a shared communication platform. The following social media instructions will guide partners on how to showcase Wisconsin's assets and opportunities for personal and professional fulfillment.

Social Post Guidelines:

• Use the hashtag #ThinkMakeHappen when posting about the Think-Make-Happen communication platform and related talent development initiatives

• Keep the tone conversational and proud, but not overly informal or arrogant. Try to convey information with intelligence in a matter-of-fact tone, even with
