This spreadsheet lists the contents of an oversampled (≈40,000 member) transposon mutant collection (the progenitor collection) for Shewanella oneidensis that was cataloged with Knockout Sudoku. This collection was later condensed to produce a quality controlled collection.

Note: Many transposons fall in between protein coding regions. In these cases the feature disrupted is marked as ’None’, and the distance from the transposon start is marked as ‘NA’.
Note: ‘\’ between feature names indicates that features are overlapping and that the transposon disrupts both.
