How to use this spreadsheet:

1. The speakers are listed by tabs on the bottom of the spreadsheet. Choose the tab for the speaker you are interested in meeting.

2. Sign up for the meeting or meal of your choice and include your office number. Please note, particularly with dinners, sometimes flight schedules may require being flexible about meal times. The spreadsheet saves your entry automatically.
(Due to COVID some in-person meetings/seminars during the winter months may be conducted Virtually.)

3. If you want to meet with a speaker, but all meetings are full, you have two options: 1, you can email the person occupying a slot that is convenient for you to see if you can join in, or 2, you can email me curtis.lake@rotman.utoronto.ca, and let me know that you would like to meet with the speaker.

4. Please do not add or subtract meeting times to the ones listed. They are listed as per the Speakers availability.

5. If you have made private arrangements with a speaker (i.e. you're working on a paper together or you're old friends and are having dinner socially), please let me know so that I can mark that time as unavailable.

6. For admin assistance in making dinner reservations, please request one week in advance, notifying of the time/place. Lunch reservations have been made at the Gallery Grill under 'Strategy'

7. You have until Tues morning at 8:00am on the week of the speaker's arrival to make changes to the schedule. After Tuesday, 8:00 am, the schedule is "frozen"-- if you need to change your spot, please find someone to fill it and then let me know. As we email the speaker the schedule on Tuesday afternoon.
