General Information
9
Welcome to Year 3 March Luna Tower, featuring floors 401-410. This is the 20th time Luna Tower opens and once again it's 10 Floors per opening. There hasn't been much movement in the PvE meta since last time, but mages have gotten some nice upgrades with 3 UE and Hatsune 6*. NYaru has been omitted outside of EX because she's not very auto friendly and is hard to make work on non-Boss Floors. Thanks to Floor skip you only need to beat Boss Floors to catch up to F300. Previous Floors are available in the respective tabs and will be compiled at a later date. Research was done by Fri3dChick3n, thanks for making this guide possible.

Tactics and Strategy

4x Speed is the name of the game and comps are generally safe, but monitor the situation carefully in case a key unit ends up on the wrong side of one too many crits. As usual it's recommended to charge up healers and reserve units at an opportune time and to plan ahead for PP when saccing units. Be sure to monitor clears as crits may happen and some teams are untested. If you have NYaru built or space to borrow her she can be used to force through the boss floor if you manual her.

Not that special of a first floor, but keep in mind Rin's MDef buff is overtuned in LT and can stall mages. For the most part, NYKKR and PPeco are interchangeable as long as you keep Yui charged.

Another Floor without anything all that special so charge up whichever comp hasn't been used on the previous Floor. Priority should be on Yui having enough TP to UB before Rino next Floor.

Mahiru push and Rino AoE are dangerous, but too disjointed to be truly threatening. Yui should keep everyone alive without a hitch.

Nothing threatening here, even with a squishy NNK NYui charges up fast enough to shield and heal her before Shiori can scale enough to be dangerous.

Make sure a crit from the hornet doesn't execute anyone who gets low from Yori and the Cloud and it'll be fine. Ensure either Yui or Yukari is charged up for the next Floor.

Shinobu and Anna put out quite a bit of AoE damage. As usual it only gets dangerous for units taking phys damage after being hit by Shinobu UB, so play around that.

The Smokebomber makes this annoying for Phys, so I'd recommend Mages instead. If you're using Phys anyway and are struggling with Nanaka it's best to bring in Yukari. Charge up Yui.

Yui trivializes the danger Mugi+Ninon normally pose, making an otherwise annoying stage much easier. If your Mages aren't charged up yet now is the time.

The Grey Golem can be bypassed with PPeco if Mages are needed, but otherwise there's nothing actually threatening since Hatsune isn't in her 6* form for this. Try to get Phys fully charged up.

TW6 flexing their muscles again, there's not really any reason to use a different comp since it wanpans consistently and safely. Don't forget PP comes after, so try to charge up towards the end.Alma is the exact same as last time. An AoE Nuke UB, a randomly targeting short-range Skill, and a Stun with some AoE damage against the highest MAtk unit. The Boss is entirely physical, meaning Yui 6* can easily keep phys alive on a wanpan.
