Asociasion pro desarollo lapa (scarlet macao) This includes staff of Asoprolapa to visit and inspect, biologist and staff and also working with MINAE. Asoprolapa has developed protocols for breeding and feeding and Wild Sun follows these protocols. The breeding birds belong to Asoprolapa; Wild Sun has a contract with them for 10 years. Asoprolapa charges these fees to keep permits up to date, keep the goverment informed of what we're doing. They do additional studies, monitoring of released birds, etc. Recurring yearly cost.
