Log each animal that is spayed/neutered with Pet Plate Grant funds. Please note this excel workbook contains multiple sheets (see tabs at bottom) – there is a sheet for recording data for dogs, cats and one for rabbits.

Each animal tracking sheet has a formula to calculate the total MAC funds spent for up to 100 animals (last column, row 2)
