- Class Kanji for the standing tables.
- Flags on the windows (behind the buffet, partition walls).

Class 11 needs to organize by itself:
- Flower arrangements for tables
- Balloons, deco assoires, etc. (obtain through Internet / from Tokyu Hands, little lemonade im Bays Quarter Yokohama, Seria, etc.)

Set up a place for photoshoots. - attaching the official DSTY photo background with the provided hangers on the railing. - bring along transparent Fishing thread( Fischer Silch Faden ) to attach Hurra Banner in Front of the wall Friday (May 31)Request DSTY background (provided by DSTY)

Drink service (bar):
- Store drinks in the refrigerator --> provided by Maik/school
- Organize drink service: Approximately 4-5 people.
- Prepare glasses ca. 5 min before graduation ceremony is coming to an end
- Occasionally collect empty glasses from the tables. - 4 Towels (Onsen Tücher) for dry up wet bottles and cleaning
Friday (May 31)Drink service was organized the following way:
- 1 person for opening prosecco bottles
- 1 person for pouring prosecco
- 1 person for pouring soft drinks
- 2 persons collected empty glasses in between

Empty glasses were stored in the 6-pack cardboard boxes they come in
(no dish washing service available).

120 glasses were not enough (people rarely held on to their glasses)

Cleanup:
- After the celebration, everything needs to be cleaned up again.
Treat yourself to a glass of champagne
- Remove the decorations and paper tablecloths
- Bring the empty glasses back to Maik.
