3		Pay Reports Per Term		Bird		P		Failure of the Pay Committee to make PAY REPORTS PER TERM will result in each member to be be fined up to 50 Pts for the Fall Term & 200 points for the Winter & Spring Term for not doing their SC duties. Making a PAY REPORTS PER TERM now will make it easier for P-Villians in the future to pace their way thru P-Ville. Hence, this bill, if passed, will be part of P-Ville 2017-2018 Legacy of Advancement to P-Ville.

5		BILL DESCRIPTION
6		1) Pay Committee must present at least 1 Pay Reports Per Term. 2) Pay Reports List updated Pay for jobs and duties NOT yet defined under P-Ville Law or in need of update 3) Each Pay Report is voted on by SC holistically. SC members can motion to amend items before the vote 4) Pay Committee Chair is to start, share & update doc of itemized list of jobs/duties & appropriate pay 5) Pay Committee Chair & Assistant should present 1st Pay Report by the 3rd SC Meeting of every Term 6) Additional Pay Reports any time before end of term. Pay Committee Chair must request time w Period Leading SC Meeting 7) Pay Committee will be paid up to 250 Pts for the Fall Term & up to 1000 Pts for the Winter & Spring Terms 8) Pay for Committee members will be determined by DODs & King P 9) Pay will be given for Committee Chair to divvy up to committee members accordingly
