Instructions: To learn the whole system visit www.kiamcclain.com/2hourentrepreneur and sign up for our workshops. This model is based on the 10% pricing rule created by award-winning growth entrepreneur Kia McClain. This revenue model is primed for high-growth brands and products and can scale up with your growth well into 7-figures. Use this pricing model to predict growth as well as be sure that you can keep up with your goals.Add the TOTAL revenue of the project you are working on, or the total revenue the client's company has earned each quarter. If you are measuring by year it is only necessary to fill in two lines, starting revenue and total revenue at the end of the year. The rest of the totals will autopopulate once you add the starting revenue for the project and the revenue for the first quarter or year. Continue to update each quarter as necessary with total client revenue. Bucket 1: This bucket will auto populate to reflect how much your client's revenue has increased per quarter, or per year as they use your products or services.Bucket 1: This bucket auto populates how much you should increase your fee based on your client's revenue growth each quarter or year.Bucket 2: Fill in the median average of the revenue you have created for your entire client base, past and present. For example, if your work led to your client landing a $1 million dollar contract while your other client's companies are earning 6 figures in revenue per year, take the middle ground between the total revenue of your lowest revenue client and the highest revenue client.YOUR FEE: This bucket will auto populate how much of a fee you should be requesting from your clients. This fee measures that value of your expertise, experience, creativity, etc.Bucket 3: This bucket will auto populate your fee that covers your daily rate which is compensation for your time, effort, and resources. Remember, any resources that go above and beyond reasonable expenses for servicing your client should be added to an expense sheet for reimbursement. For example, if your client wants you to travel to another city to provide services for a special event, if they are not paying for your travel, hotel, and meals, you should be reimbursed. Overall Fees: Your overall fees broken down by quarter and year.Total: This bucket will auto populate with the total amount per quarter, or year that you should be charging your client.
