4	Purpose:	SHIFTparts is a simple database created by FRC4039 to allow teams to re-distribute or SHIFT unused inventory for the benefit of themselves, the FRC community, and next year's rookies
5		instead of parts sitting on a shelf collecting dust they become part of a moving, functioning robot

7	Use:	the use of SHIFTparts is entirely voluntary
8		teams wishing to participate must send their team number and their team contact's e-mail address to makeshiftrobotics@gmail.com
9		4039 will update the team contact field in this spreadsheet and allow rights to access and update their tabw of the spreadsheet* (Google account required)
10		*please do not attempt to alter spreadsheet cells for teams other than your own
11		participating teams fill in the quantity of wheels of a particular type they have on hand are are willing to SHIFT (column D for instance)
12		participating teams fill in the quantity of wheels of a particular type they are looking to aquire (column E for instance)
13		teams contact other teams directly based on matches of "on hand" and "needed" parts and arrange a swap
14		we recommend the physical swapping of wheels occur on the Thursday of the Waterloo Regional (but that is left to the discretion of the two teams involved)
15		teams are asked to record the number of shifts they have made (column C) and donate one wheel for every ten they shift (swap) to a box located in 4039's pit at Waterloo
16		all donated wheels will be distributed to 2017 rookie teams attending the 2017 STEMley Cup Championship

18	Limitations:	for the 2016 season we will run SHIFTparts as a pilot program. Starting small will help confirm the concept and it's value to teams.
19		the pilot is limited to teams attending the 2016 Waterloo Regional
20		for the pilot, we are limiting SHIFTparts to a small portion of overall FRC parts spectrum, specifically wheels

22	Other:	SHIFTparts is in no way connected to FIRST or any of it's suppliers
23		FRC4039 assumes no liabaility for arrangements made between teams, nor do we guarantee accuracy of the shared spreadsheet

25	FAQs:	Q1. what if my team has excess wheels but we don't need wheels from other team's?
26		A1. we recommend you post them anyway, maybe other teams have other items they can offer as trade
27		Q2. what if my team is looking to shift (swap) a wheel that is not listed on the spreadsheet?
28		A2. sorry, we are limiting the type of wheels to those listed for the duration of the pilot
29		Q3. my team has wheels that we ran briefly at on a practice robot last season, can we list those?
30		A3. no, SHIFTparts requires only "as new" condition parts
