In this exercise, you'll experiment to better understand what is meaningful to you and your capacity for those activities.

Start by filling out the “Biz” column with the amount of hours you generally work each week.

Next, do the same for the Wellness, Joy and Connection columns.

Estimate how many hours you spend each week on each activity. (See example)

Use whole numbers.

Leave the 80 hours in the essentials column for the basics. (Sleeping, eating & meal prep, showering, commuting, carpooling kiddos.)
