BOO call out during breaches at FSC
Sat 230
Woken abruptly from a deep rest but your intent and drive to help team was clear - speed of response inhibited and I think you intimidated yourself a bit by disorganised personal kit. Good recovery, as you literally pulled yourself together and braced for another go. Was impressed that on your return from that scenario you took steps to be more ready next time.

Boo middle of the night breaches
Sat morning
I was impressed by how you always seemed aware of what was going on more widely in the Boo, often checking in with colleagues doing medical care to see what they needed, prepping kit, generally seeming a lot more alert to team preparations than many of rest of team (at this tired stage)

Clear instructions conveyed to remainder of team with patience re route cleared and route inside. You’ve got great info, if anything be firmer about ensuring they have heard and understood and understand the relevance of the info to their ongoing search.

Must have been galling not to be able to swap in as much but well done for relieving their burdens and not adding unnecessarily to the vocal confusion around the stretcher. It all needs to be done!

Good motivation and vocal support for others. You absolutely have driven this final charge. But...if someone at the back calls for a swap you sometimes don’t hear. That’s drawn more energy out of some but might be dangerous, just be wary!
